The best cold fermented pizza dough recipe. Easy to make and tastes incredible. 

Ingredients

  • 12.8 oz (364g)

  • 4 tsp (18g) salt

  • 1.8g active dried yeast

  • 21.4oz (607g) “00” flour

Instructions

  1. Boil 1/3 of the water and combine with the remaining 2/3’s 
  2. Dissolve the salt in the water
  3. Stir in the yeast
  4. Add yeast mixture to flour and stir
  5. Combine until forms a dough
  6. Knead for 5-10 minutes
  7. Place in the fridge for 24-72 hours 
  8. Split into 230-250g dough walls
  9. Shape balls and place into separate containers
  10. Leave at room temperature for 4-5 hours
